Office Sizes

Our offices size range from 95 sqft to 125 sqft which is perfect for a counsellor plus up to 3 or 4 other people. We also have a larger boardroom office which is great for mediation. All offices come fully furnished

Lease Length & Prices

We only require a one year lease, however for new counsellors we would allow 6 months to get you started. All prices include Hydro, Internet, Heating and Air Conditioning. There is NO extra common area or other charges. We do also do part-time rentals (ie. 2 days a week)

Your Neighbours

All our offices are used by other counsellors resulting an a quiet office environment with a focus on ensuring privacy and respect for clients. Other tenants in the building are all other professionals

Included amenities

There is a private waiting area for clients and also a large shared kitchen for all the counsellors. There is dedicated visitor parking just for our offices plus parking for staff and lots of street parking.
